Parks in and around the Palouse

One thing that the Palouse has many of is beatiful outdoor parks and recreational sites.

Boomerang Newspaper and Printing Museum

Set up a Newspaper and Printing Museum in order to preserve as much as possible of the older equipment and methods of printing, called letter-press printing. The museum also preserves an extensive collection of early newspapers from throughout Whitman County.

Whitman County Historical Society

Organized in 1972, the society strives to preserve the history and cultural heritage of our region.
