  • Crowd control
  • Command of landing zone
  • Coordination of the incident
  • Assist Palouse Police Department if necessary

  • Victims
  • Arrange speakers on driking and driving
  • Provide necessary funding

    Palouse EMS

  • First-Responder: Assist injured individuals and prepare them for transportation
  • Perform same duties as if it were a real accident

    Palouse Police

  • First-Responder: Declare the pedestrian deceased
  • Arresting agency for drunk driver
  • Perform same duties as if it were a real accident

    Garfield Ambulance

  • Respond to scene and assist Palouse EMS
  • Transport injured patient in passenger seat to Landing Zone
  • Transport two patients in rear seat to city park
  • Perform usual duties as if it were a real accident

    Heartflite

  • Fly over scene. Land on field to recieve one patient
  • Helicopter transport to Pullman Memorial Hospital
  • Perform usual duties as if it were a real accident

    Blood, Guts, and Body Parts

  • Trauma make-up

    County Coroner

  • Place pedestrian in body bag and transport from scene
